About Rei:
Rei is a NASA postdoctoral research fellow at NASA Ames Research Center in Mountain View, California. She completed her newspaper fellowship at the Sacramento Bee in California.
Of the fellowship, she says, “It was a fabulous experience!”
Rei earned her Ph.D. degree in atmospheric sciences from the University of Washington. She has a Master’s degree in oceanography and a B.S. degree in Science of earth systems and atmospheric sciences from Cornell University.
