WASHINGTON — Press registration is open for the 2024 Water Science Conference (#WaterSciCon24), to be held in Saint Paul, Minnesota, 24-27 June. WaterSciCon is jointly sponsored by the American Geophysical Union and the Consortium of Universities for the Advancement of Hydrologic Sciences, Inc. (CUAHSI). The meeting brings the water community together every two years to share research, collaborate, and plan for the future. The deadline to book housing through the conference is 31 May at 11:59 pm ET.
Press registration
Free registration is available to full-time members of the media for the purpose of gathering news and information to produce media coverage of WaterSciCon24. Press officers supporting researchers presenting at the summit and journalism students are also eligible for press registration. Press registration will remain open through the end of the conference on Thursday, 27 June. Review the press credentialing requirements for more information on press eligibility.
Reporters and press officers interested in press registration should email [email protected]. Please help us to confirm your eligibility by including a link to your institution’s staff page, byline, or masthead listing your name and position. Freelancers may provide a link to a portfolio or links to at least three bylined science news stories published in the last 12 months.
Access and programming
WaterSciCon24 is on-site only. However, scientific talks will be recorded, and the recordings will be available after the meeting for registered press.
